Antimaga.eu is a directory and discovery platform for European alternatives to major US tech products. We provide informational listings, not software services operated by the listed third-party tools.

2. User submissions

By submitting an alternative, you confirm that the information you provide (for example: product name, website, description, category, country, and US alternative) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, deceptive, spam, malicious, or infringing content, including content that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

You grant Antimaga.eu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and format your submitted content for moderation, publication, and operation of the directory.

3. Moderation rights

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline, unpublish, or remove submissions at our discretion, including for clarity, policy compliance, duplication, or quality.

Submission does not create any right to publication, and we are not obligated to publish every submission.

4. No endorsement and no warranty

Listings are provided for discovery purposes only. Appearance in the directory does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee by Antimaga.eu. Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we make no warranties regarding their quality, availability, legality, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antimaga.eu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or reputation arising from your use of the platform or reliance on third-party listings.

6. Governing law and disputes
